IRC is a private, non-profit rowing club with membership application open to the public for sweep and scull rowing.
IRC is growing the membership to afford a permanent boathouse to include both Club members and local High School rowing team programs.
The boathouse will utilize an existing foundation for boat storage and related activities. It will be situated at the top of the levee to view the river. The boathouse will be located south of the Taylor Falls Bridge into Hudson on the Nashua side of the river.

The boathouse we are proposing would be about half the size of the image seen here. The sketches will give you a more accurate idea of the size of the boathouse we are looking to build.
WHY LIMIT it TO JUST A ROWING CLUB ??? Why not a boat[yatch] club with slip space, boat/canoe/kayak rentals, health club, dining facility,roof deck, boating/fishing shop,etc
This is a real possiblity and the telegraph is going to be out at their next open house this Friday and Saturday! (8/19-8/20)
